*** If you are scheduling an appointment in regards to the $75 loc or crochet special ONLY, you may skip the consultation. Understand that the cost could change if any additional services are needed. Please read the booking instructions below before proceeding to schedule an appointment. If you have any questions, feel free to send a message to Antoinette.

*Please book a Consultation if this is your first time booking an appointment. No other service will be accepted until the consultation is completed for all first-time clients. Consultations are not accepted on the same day of a main service. If this is NOT your first time booking but you have NOT been serviced within the past 6 months or if there has been a change in the state of your hair since your last appointment; please contact me before booking and I will notify you if a consultation is needed. Some services may require a consultation even if you are a regular client.
1. Look for the service desired. If the service is not found, that particular style is not offered at this time. If you would like to receive a price quote before scheduling, please send a picture of the style to 352-260-8286 along with all necessary information ex: how long you would like your braids (I will get back to you at my earliest convenience)
2. Once the style is found, you may proceed with booking an appointment. The price information may be found in the description box. Most prices show as a specific dollar amount in which is the base cost but may not be the exact cost (please refer to the description box for a better estimate).
3. Once the appointment is booked, within 10 minutes of the booking, please send a text to 352-260-8286 with a picture of the desired style. ALSO, along with the picture, please send all relevant information pertaining to the desired appointment including adding a shampoo, beads, extra length, etc. (if you DO NOT, it will be assumed that you desire a basic service and NO additions will be allowed outside of what you booked for and a $25 fee will be added for last minute changes). Please refer to the ADD-ONS tap to appropriately "estimate" the total cost.
4. Once the text is received, I, Antoinette will confirm the cost of the style and will send a request to pay the non-refundable/non-transferable $25 deposit (if the style doesn't require an automatic deposit) to confirm the appointment within 24 hours of sending the text message with all relevant information. The deposit is included in the price of the style and will need to be paid within 1 hour of the request (unless otherwise agreed upon). The deposit is accepted through Cash App, Square, or to me in person (if agreed upon) NO DEPOSIT NO APPOINTMENT
*DO NOT send the deposit without it being requested and DO NOT send the full payment unless agreed upon. The balance can be paid in cash (exact amount) or through Cashapp with a 2.75% fee.
5. Once the deposit is received, the appointment will be confirmed and all relevant information including the type and number of packs of hair will be sent.
6. Do NOT bring extra guests unless agreed upon.
7. Services that take over 4 hrs. will not be taken after 5pm
8. Appointments will only be confirmed up to ONE (1) month in advance although unforeseen circumstances could cause an appointment to be canceled without proper notice, although this is usually not an issue.
9. If the appointment is canceled by the stylist due to an unforeseen circumstance (on the stylist part) the deposit will be refunded.
10. If you are not able to show up for a scheduled appointment, please send a text to cancel at least 24 hrs. before the appointment to be courteous (I will send a confirmation text to confirm the cancellation) or a future appointment may not be allowed.
11. Please DO NOT schedule an appointment if you are time limited. All times are approximate and vary according to the service. In addition, if you are tender-headed, please consider if you are able to get serviced without any issues; as I will not start or finish the service if any issues arise and the deposit will not be refunded.
*SATURDAY appointments can be scheduled through text (if there is availability) by stating the possible day/time and the exact style (send picture if possible) including any additional services desired.
Disclaimer: By booking an appointment and paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the above instructions. If the instructions are not followed, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit will NOT be refunded for failure to READ AND HEED.
